You can expect a mix of relaxation and strength based yoga, focusing on mindfulness and meditation, conscious connection with partner, baby and self. 

Building stamina, easing tension and preparing for birth. 

Plus: you will learn techniques such as visualisation, vocalisation, breathing techniques and helpful hints to prepare you for the magnificent journey of birthing and motherhood.

  • In person classes over 6 consecutive weeks.

    Progression into the practice preparing for birth.

    Connecting with baby and body.

  • Adapt for your body at each three trimesters, be guided safely, yet intuitively to your practice

  • 20 Minute practices include; centering meditation, restorative, light flow. Designed for you to practice in your own time and space

  • An opportunity to discuss or get feedback on the practice and what is coming up for you and tools to support.

  • Yoga mats, blankets, straps, eye pillows and bolsters supplied. You are more than welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you prefer.
