6 x 60 minute Classes (In-Person)

Time: 9:30am - 10:30am
You can expect a mix of relaxation and strength based yoga, focusing on mindfulness and meditation, conscious connection with partner, baby and self.
Building stamina, easing tension and preparing for birth.
Plus: you will learn techniques such as visualisation, vocalisation, breathing techniques and helpful hints to prepare you for the magnificent journey of birthing and motherhood.

Adapt for your body at each three trimesters, be guided safely, yet intuitively to your practice

20 Minute practices include; centering meditation, restorative, light flow. Designed for you to practice in your own time and space

An opportunity to discuss or get feedback on the practice and what is coming up for you and tools to support.

Yoga mats, blankets, straps, eye pillows and bolsters supplied. You are more than welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you prefer.
