The mindful challenge

This challenge is about getting to know yourself and adopting a different perspective on self awareness and developing clarity and mindful change in our lives.

We take yoga off the mat and into our everyday lives by practicing a Sadhana over 30 days.
The term Sadhana comes from the Sanskrit root, sadhu, meaning “go straight to a goal”. Routinely applying mind, body and spirit in the pursuit of a goal is the most natural and efficient way to surrender the ego, to find relief from suffering and to attain peace.
Sadhana is a tool that gives us the potential to explore our potential already existing within. Anything that is practiced with awareness, discipline and the intention of spiritual growth can be considered as Sadhana.
You will be guided to explore 'the self' through the practice of yoga philosophy, meditation and mindfulness.

Deeper Connection with self

Sadhana is also a means of forging a ritual connection with universal energy. With regular daily practice, realign your inner self, slowly progressing toward the expression of your consciousness.

Guided support over 30 days

Be guided by Terri herself each week to support and understand the nature of acceptance and change. Surround yourself with people who share truth (Satsang), through group check-ins.

Cultivate positive habits

It takes 21 days to break a habit. Embedding and embodying a daily practice allows for it to marinate into your cells and manifest into life. Using mindfulness practices we can achieve this.
